CPU Overheating

Cpu overheating mean it already exceed the normal temperature recommend by the manufacturer standard...

Fews reason that will causing overheating :
0. Does the fan stop spinning after a while?
1. Is the fan or heatsink clogged up (dirt)?
2. Is the heatsink seated correctly?
3. Is the cpu being overclocking?

Clean out the fan and the heatsink thoroughly, clean off and reapply some thermal film between the CPU and the heatsink then reinstall the heatsink and fan back, BTW make sure nothing is wrong with the fan's efficiency spin wise.
