War Museum - Penang Tourist Attractive Location

Penang War Museum is located in the southeastern part of Penang Island (Bukit Batu Maung). Around 20 years ago, Batu Maung was only a small fishing village accessible only from Bayan Lepas. However, in the past few years, Batu Maung has experienced a rapid development due to its proximity to Bayan Lepas Free Trade Zone (FTZ). In 1994, a new 4-lane highway was opened that linked Batu Maung to Gelugor (known as coastal highway). This shortened the journey from Batu Maung to Penang Bridge to around 15 minutes from almost an hour previously.

The 70 year-old old former British fort was ‘rediscovered’ by Johari Shafie during hiking back in  2001-2002. And it was officially launched for the public in 2002 until now. This is a good spot for you to learn the history about world war II in Penang, Malaysia where many soldiers and civilians brutally tortured and killed here. Now sroll further down to view some of the photo I have taken during my trip..

Intel Atom Processor

As Intel's smallest and lowest power processor², the Intel® Atom™ processor enables a new generation of powerful and energy-efficient companion devices, and all at affordable prices.
Designed from the ground up, 45nm Intel® Atom™ processors pack an astounding 47 million transistors on a single chip measuring less than 26mm², making them Intel's smallest and lowest power processors. All this while delivering the power and performance you need to access all Internet capabilities.

  • Get a new range of power-efficient devices with excellent performance enabled by all new hafnium-infused 45nm high-k silicon technology
  • Increase energy efficiency in smaller more compact designs with a thermal design power specification ranging from less than 1W to 2.5 watts for mobile devices
  • Extend battery life in select devices with an incredibly low idle and average power allowing the device to stay powered on while also conserving energy
The Intel® Atom™ processor was developed specifically for targeted performance and low power while maintaining Intel® architecture instruction set compatibility. Intel® Atom™ processors also feature Intel® Hyper-Threading Technology for better performance and increased system responsiveness.

There are a lot of intel atom series from intel..
Among them are:
