Unscrew the bottom 2 screw..

Place a suction cup from your car windscreen on top of the display.. And pull to separate the display and the back cover..

It should be like this once open.. But remember to power off your device first before you start..

Remove the cable from it connector.. By removing 3 screws..

Separated.. Remove the 2 screws from the earpiece..

This is the earpiece of iPhone 5..

Don't try this at home..

Double wind transformer can either step up or step down the voltage that supplied in it..

Let's say from 240v step to 415v.. Or may be 240v step down to 12v..

And the coil in it are made by copper wire..

We do have :

240v to 12v

240v to 24v

240v to 48v

240v to 110v

240v to 415v

415v to 110v

And their size are calculated by the VA..

As a example, 240v to 12v, you need 1 ampere for 12v, so it will be 12v x 1A = 12VA..

The other way round, 1A for 240v output will be 240v x 1A = 240VA..

But normally, we stock those common size such as 25VA, 50VA, 100VA, 150VA, 200VA, 300VA, 400VA..

Larger one will be need to order from factory..

Proton Saga BLM Brake System

I bought my Saga BLM back in year 2008..
I have never change the brake pad since the first day I bought it..
After 4.5 years, the brake keep hang by it own when I brake it..
So I went to shop and changed it..

The front disc brake and the rear drum brake..
One thing I found out is the rear drum brake pump is totally malfunction, and it covered by rusty iron powder..
Sound very dangerous rite?

Haha, I was told by the shop mechanic that it was normal for Saga BLM & Saga FL..
So what to do? Have to change it..

The pump should be check & service regularly so that it won't hang during our driving..

Proximity Sensor & Relay

Okay, for a very long time already that I didn't update my blog..
Here we go..

I gonna do is connect a 12VDC battery by using a MY2N relay & proximity sensor to on/off a 12VDC tornado bulb..

So material that I need are :
GP 12VDC Battery x 1unit
12VDC Tornado Bulb x 1unit
Omron MY2N 12VDC Relay c/with Base x 1unit
Anly HQ-1805N1 10-30VDC Proximity Sensor x 1unit
Loose wire - 1/2meter
